Church kids had first opportunity to sign up for summer ministry. Started taking registrations in March. Kids not from our church were able to begin registering mid-April.
Registration for Super Sundays was done separately from weekday summer activities.
We did VBS first week of summer as an intro to summer – during the week if there were openings in the summer activities they were usually filled by end of VBS week.
I recruited Summer Interns in January.
